ConocoPhillips's CFO Andy O'Brienhas been promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer, effective September 1. O'Brien has been with the company for 28 years and has served as head of finance since June 2025. The company has appointedKonnie Haynes-Welshto succeed O'Brien as CFO. Haynes-Welsh joined the company in 2012 as SEC Compliance Manager and has served as Vice President of Finance and Financial Control since March 2025. Paulo Garciawill take over as Chief Financial Officer of jewelry brandPandoraon December 1. Since August 2021, Garcia has served as CFO of Walmart de México y Centroamérica (Walmex). Previously, he held CFO roles for Europe and Indonesia at food retail group Ahold Delhaize and for Europe at consumer goods group Unilever. He will succeedAnders Boyer, who is retiring on November 30 after more than 14 years at Pandora, including an eight-year tenure as CFO. Boyer will remain until March 31, 2027, to assist with the transition.

Previously, he served as CFO at World Choice Investments, a family entertainment venue operator.
