The Assistant Secretary for Investment Security to the U.S. Department of the Treasury will give a keynote address at the 12th National Conference on CFIUS, at the Convene Hamilton Square, Washington, DC, on April 22-23, 2026. The keynote address is taking place at 8:45 a.m. on April 22.

In this role, Mr. Chris Pilkerton leads the inter-agency Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) and the Outbound investment security program. Mr. Pilkerton previously served in appointed and acting senior government positions, including as Treasury General Counsel, Administrator and General Counsel at the U.S. Small Business Administration, and White House Senior Policy Advisor.
